As a Community Outreach Representative, you will work directly with community members, helping them understand the value and benefits of our client’s products, ensuring they are qualified for enrollment, and supporting them throughout the process. You will play a key role in driving excitement and fostering relationships within the community. Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective enrollees in the local community, educating them about the telecommunication services and assisting them through the qualification and sign-up process.
- Qualify potential customers by determining their eligibility for specialized communication products.
- Generate leads through self-initiated outreach, creating a robust referral pipeline.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and customer service representatives to streamline outreach efforts and share best practices.

Community Outreach Representative Qualifications:
