Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities : Engage with prospective enrollees in the local community, educating them about the telecommunication services and assisting them through the qualification and sign-up process. Qualify potential customers by determining their eligibility for specialized communication products. Generate leads through self-initiated outreach, creating a robust referral pipeline. Collaborate with fellow team members and customer service representatives to streamline outreach efforts and share best practices. Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sign-up process, offering continued support after enrollment. Community Outreach Representative Qualifications : An Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not required depending on experience. At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community outreach, or similar experience. High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional, reliable, and personable demeanor, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with community members, colleagues, and clients.
