Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000/year and a lucrative bonus program
Credit for experience will be given
As the Assisted Living Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind occupancy and revenue growth for our Assisted Living program. You’ll work closely with prospective residents and their families, building relationships, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. You’ll also play a strategic role in outreach, marketing, and partnership development, collaborating with the leadership team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday–Friday
- Rotating weekends as Manager on Duty
- Occasional evenings/weekends for events or tours
- Observed holiday schedule
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of consultative/high-touch sales experience (senior living experience preferred)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for hospitality, first impressions, and customer service
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead outreach and marketing initiatives
