As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our service team. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the office manager and service team to help us deliver excellent service every day.
What you'll do:
- Efficiently dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Support office operations by managing customer databases, processing payments, and assisting with reports.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate job details, technician support, and schedule adjustments.
- Monitor daily job statuses and assist with follow-up tasks, such as rescheduling or coordinating parts orders.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Schedule:
This position is located in our Mason, OH office and is required to be in-office. The hours will be Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm, Fridays 7 am to 4 pm.
