As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our service team. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the office manager and service team to help us deliver excellent service every day.
What you’ll do each day:
- Efficiently dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
- Receive incoming calls from customers in need of heating or cooling demands, communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate job details, technician support, and schedule adjustments.
- Support office operations by managing customer databases, processing payments, and assisting with reports, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Schedule:
This position is in office (located at: 4117 Bridgetown Road Cincinnati, OH 45211) from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday.

Requirements:- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., Service Titan) preferred.
- Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
