- Attraction Agent: $14.00/hourly with an increase after completion of certification to $15.00/hourly

- Must be willing to obtain work card after hired
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be willing to obtain health and TAM card if required for the position.

Duties include:
- Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
- Be aware of assigned positions and their surroundings at all times.
- Safety-certified on multiple attractions if applicable.
- Assist guests using attractions.
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related: general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests with the assistance of management.
- Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.
- Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and management.
- Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
- Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
- Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as needed.
Compensation details: 14-15 Hourly Wage
