• Communication Skills: Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Teamwork: Collaboration with other team members is imperative.
• Adaptability: Theme parks can be dynamic environments, and agents should be adaptable to changing situations and guest needs.
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Work Cards: Must be willing to obtain a work card upon hire

Duties Include:

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Be aware of assigned attractions and their surroundings at all times.
• Handle bookings, hosting, and parties.
• Assist guests using attractions and conduct inspections.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related: general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
• Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
• Other duties as needed.
