Duties include :
Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.Be aware of assigned positions and their surroundings at all times.Safety-certified on multiple attractions if applicable.Assist guests using attractions.Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related : general company information, pricing, and attraction information.Resolve guest complaints and requests with the assistance of management.Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and management.Assist in opening and closing park procedures.Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.Other duties as needed.Requirements
