Summary:
As an Operations Lead, you will manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth sales processes, effective merchandising, and maintaining a high standard of store upkeep. You will be a key player in overseeing shipments, internet orders, and inventory, while also leading a team to ensure operational efficiency. You will assist in visual planning, stocking, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Store Operations: Manage daily operations including sales, merchandising, visual displays, and store maintenance.
• Shipping and Receiving: Process daily shipments, unload truck shipments, and ensure internet orders are shipped accurately and timely.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of a team of 20 employees, including sales, stock personnel, and cashiers.
• Merchandising & Visual Maintenance: Oversee product display, ensuring visual standards are met and that shoe bins are stocked and sized properly.
• Inventory Control: Maintain inventory integrity through accurate processing and shipment of daily receiving and order fulfillment.
• Task Delegation: Collaborate with management to assign tasks and projects to staff, ensuring the timely completion of daily and long-term objectives.
• Markdown & Transfers: Oversee markdown projects and recommend inventory transfers to optimize stock levels.
• Vendor Returns: Maintain processes for returning items to vendors.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
