In this onsite role based in Salt Lake City, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and assisting with financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with team members on various accounting-related projects and tasks. Your experience with Microsoft 365 products and accounting software will be crucial to streamlining processes and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, your project planning skills will be key in meeting deadlines and improving workflow efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an associate’s degree from an accredited Accounting or Finance program and at least two years of experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and accounting software is essential, along with strong project planning and organizational skills.
