💰 Compensation: 30/hr on a w-2 Contract (No C2C, third party, or 1099 candidates will be accepted)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Layout and Design Specialist I to manage layout design metrics across multiple locations. Under the supervision of the Manager of Layout and Design, you will ensure that layouts effectively support workflow and customer interactions.

This role requires AutoCAD expertise to validate and update layout metrics using CAD drawings and in-store camera analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Validate existing layout metrics across various locations.

🔹 Analyze and interpret CAD drawings and in-store camera footage to ensure accuracy.

🔹 Update layout metrics as necessary to optimize workflow and customer experience.

🔹 Maintain and manage layout data in compliance with internal guidelines.

🔹 Communicate clearly with in-house teams, field management, and external vendors.

🔹 Follow instructions with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality results.

🔹 Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications:

✅ 1 years’ experience with AutoCAD design software.

✅ 1 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

✅ Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

✅ Regular and reliable attendance is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ 3 years’ experience using AutoCAD design software.

➕ 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
