Key Responsibilities:
- Account Monitoring: Regularly review customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.
- Customer Communication: Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to discuss their debts and arrange payment plans if necessary.
- Payment Processing: Manage incoming payments, process refunds, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies to facilitate prompt payments.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment statuses.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer contact experience, collections, loss mitigation or other mortgage related experience
- Strong PC and typing skills
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Capability to learn company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiating skills
- Ability to work well on a team, within a structured environment
- Aptitude to use a telephony system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
