- Pay Rate: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
- Hybrid position (Onsite training required, in-office presence once a month)
- Employment Type: Contract with potential for full-time conversion
- Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies via phone.
- Ensure compliance with contracted and accrediting regulations per drug specifications.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in EMR following industry standards.
- Discuss potential/current side effects with patients to promote therapy adherence.
- Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and governing authorities.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted multi-state compact license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in acute care, telehealth, or case management (Required).
- Oncology and/or hematology nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams with strong computer skills.
- 4 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of acute inpatient care preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience with motivational interviewing.
