We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, making phone etiquette and professionalism crucial.

Duties

  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist with office management duties, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a background in front desk operations or office management being advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in office software applications.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
