What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at A.P.E. Bookkeeping LLC?
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can manage multiple businesses. To start it would be part-time 15 - 25 hours per week, extra hours during quarterly months, and can lead to full-time. A good candidate for this position is someone who has knowledge of WA State and Federal payroll rules, very organized, can prioritize their tasks around upcoming deadlines, has the ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, can work as a team member to get the job done or work independently.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, communicating with vendors, and customers.
Accounts Receivable – Invoicing, receiving payments, deposits, construction billing, and State of WA Dept of Revenue.
Accounts Payable – Entering and paying bills, managing credit cards.
Payroll – Strong experience using QuickBooks payroll including quarterly and year end filings.
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and liabilities.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
