The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute positively to our office environment.

Job Description:
As a Part-Time Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Scanning important documents and maintaining digital files.
  • Performing general office tasks, including answering phones, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Supporting team members with various administrative needs as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a legal setting or office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
