As a Part-Time Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scanning important documents and maintaining digital files.
- Performing general office tasks, including answering phones, filing, and organizing documents.
- Supporting team members with various administrative needs as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a legal setting or office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
