We are looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to handle our company’s accounts. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes entering vendor and expense invoices.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of accounting activities.
Processing the accounts payable.
Collating and entering vendor expenses.
Reconciling monthly bank statements.
Processing accounts receivable.
Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Also answering phone calls and customer service
Bookkeeper Requirements:
Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (Required)
Experience preparing financial statements
Ability to work to a strict deadline.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
