Duties and responsibilities
- Provide new quotes for various types of insurance to potential customers
- Bind coverage on new insurance policies
- Process monthly installment payments
- Reinstate policies that are cancelled
- Quote changes on policies of existing customers
- Submit cancellation requests for customers wishing to terminate their coverage
- Answer policy questions concerning coverage and billing for existing customers
- Send ID Cards and/or Compliance Letters to existing customers
- Verify the insurance coverage for the lien holders of existing customers.
