- Ensure resident rights are upheld and advocate for their needs and preferences.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor health changes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Document daily activities and report any concerns regarding client health or behavior.
Experience
- Previous experience in direct support roles, especially in group homes or nursing home settings, is preferred.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial.
