We're seeking a personable, hardworking individual to help advise customers (by phone, email, and in-person) for product and project-related support. This candidate MUST have prior customer service experience within the last two years. You will learn to become an expert in our industry. Full-time position, compensation based on experience. Full benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, and more). Hours Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm but may be subject to change.
REQUIREMENTS :
MUST have a stable personal life. We are a NO drama zone and require healthy individuals in both mind and spirit.
- Customer service role within the past two years
- Outgoing personality - excellent communicator
- Articulate (good writing skills / grammar)
- Computer literate & proficient
- Health conscious, positive attitude, positive energy, friendly
- Attention to detail
- At least a High School diploma
- Will pass drug screening
- Have reliable transportation
