What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader/Unloader position at A2Z Staffing?
Description
(This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis. It does not exclude other duties that may be assigned.)
- Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
- Load and unload tires
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with Alternating Saturdays 5:00 am until finished (depends on the orders of the day)

Requirements
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be able to work 10 hour shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must be bilingual
