Job Requirements:
Our Dothan, AL office is looking to immediately hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst.
- Communicate with national accounts by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid or delinquent accounts/invoices
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions via computer programs through third-party paying systems to determine the payment status of delinquent, unpaid invoices and take appropriate corrective action.
- Effectively work with rate analysts, account managers, and customer contacts to resolve issues and identify needed action for payment resolution
- Ability to evaluate and identify billing issues and process corrections through appropriate systems
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each contact made
- Ability to provide solid business recommendations on delinquent accounts to minimize credit risk
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
