Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities for outdoor power equipment, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
