What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at AAA Management?
A Residential Property Management is looking for a Part time (25-30 HRS per week) Administrative assistant / Assistant to Property manger with secretarial skills and good customer service skills.
Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, Have prior Office experience , Customer service orientated. Prior experience is a plus.
Some of the Duties are:
Answering calls
Accepting customer
Receiving requests from residents and vendors
Receiving payments
Filing /Scanning
Ability to multi task
Dispatching Maintenance Technician
Knowledge:
Microsoft Office [ Word & Excel]
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
