- Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals:
- Close sales by daily customer visits recommending the right solutions to help our Members understand the security needs for their homes.
- Achieve personal monthly quota goals as assigned. Identify new customers and sales strategy to meet targets that promote long-term profitability. Create sales leads through a CRM system. Follow upon all leads and communicate via in person, phone and emails to all clients.
- Complete End to end sales including scheduling Installations to ensure the Member is provided excellent service from start to finish.
- Develop & implement strategies for customer relationship and retention as well as market share growth:
- Participate in vendor and sales training.
- Generate new lead sources via business relationships and development (i.e. realtors, new home builds, HOA etc).
- Self-driven to drive new business growth and market share in a territory
- Skilled communicator: transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback
- Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
- Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely

- Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of outside sales experience
- 1 year of customer service experience in the retail or alarm industry
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in outside sale
- 2 years of customer service experience in the retail or alarm industry
- Must be willing to travel to current and prospective customers as required
- Up to 5 days a week in field visiting existing and perspective customers
- Up to 6 hours of driving per day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Possess or obtain alarm certification with annual background check
- Possible evening or weekend work
