- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and improve office processes.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the overall operations of the office.
- Contact Suppliers and Manufacturers to get parts ordered promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
