Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Rep II – Evidence Support to support our operations. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive materials, coordinate with various jurisdictions, and ensure timely document processing.
Skill / Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, processing, or production.
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
- Proficiency in computer software, including spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Overtime may be required as needed.
- Assist in preparing and sending out evidence for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate proper evidence handling.
- Ensure all evidence documentation is complete and accurate.
- Address discrepancies or issues in the evidence handling process.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive evidence and related documentation.
- Process filings and document orders with state government agencies.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Multi-task effectively while working independently and collaborating with the team.
- Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions to improve productivity and efficiency.
