Evidence Support Specialist
Location: Austin, TX 78701 (On-site)

Job Description:
This role consists of approximately 80% evidence support and 20% fulfillment, which includes customer service, administrative tasks, and data entry. Candidates with experience in these areas will be well-suited for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Evidence Support:
- Prepare and distribute evidence for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and jurisdictions to ensure proper evidence handling.
- Verify that all evidence documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the evidence-handling process.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive evidence and related records.
Fulfillment Associate (Floater):
- Process filings and document orders with state government agencies.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks to support overall team efficiency.
- Actively participate in team meetings, offering suggestions to improve productivity and workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in administrative support, customer service, processing, or production.
- Strong ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Proficiency in various computer software applications and spreadsheets.
- Professionalism, with strong communication skills including poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent attention to detail in composing, proofing, and processing materials, as well as meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
