The Brand Ambassador team will engage directly with a varied audience including instore customers client employees and College Students to present the clients app and drive user engagement.
The client is building a Brand Ambassador team to work alongside Growth Operations and Marketing in growing the apps ecosystem. The app is the clients app for delivery of instore goods. The app is now bridging to deliver food and items from your favorite local restaurants. The Brand Ambassador team will engage directly with a varied audience including instore customers client employees and College Students to present the app and drive user engagement. Brand Ambassadors will be evaluated based on the growth of the apps user base. Training and KPI tracking will be provided.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the face of the app in the community promoting and representing the brand at local events festivals and community engagements.
- Drive Downloads of the app and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to organize and execute brand activation events and promotions.
- Support frontline operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Lead and mentor team members fostering a culture of hospitality teamwork and dedication to service excellence.
- Track results to scale working tactics and iterate on or abandon lackluster operations.
- Help support scheduling and organization of events and partnerships outside of the client.
- Improve on current processes and ideate new activations and tactics for growth.
- Support managing of activation budget.

- Degree Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with a genuine desire to serve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills English proficiency required (DFWbased roles) English & Spanish proficiency required (Miamibased roles)
- Selfdriven positive and enthusiastic with a teamoriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customerfacing roles hospitality or food service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability.
- Minimum 30hours per week
- Strong attention to detail.
- Driven by ambitious KPIs. Use of Microsoft 365 software suite.
- Outgoing and energized by contact with new people.
- Willing to travel and work odd hours. (Occasional overnight trips; Travel & Hotel are covered.) Willing to solve problems on the fly.

- Has previously organized events attended by 100 people.
