Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance-related tasks, including renewals, audits, updates, and policy management.
- Handle contract organization and government contract applications.
- Oversee billing processes, ensure accuracy, and manage payments.
- Process payroll.
- Assist with tax payments, budgeting, and financial reports.
- Assist accounting/bookkeeping.
- Organize and put together bids for new projects and contracts.
- Answer client and vendor emails, manage inquiries, and maintain customer relations.
- Provide administrative support to staff, help solve problems, and fill knowledge gaps.
- Maintain compliance with legal and government regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software (Quick books, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, contract management, insurance, and government contracts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
