In this role the ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, provide comprehensive office support and perform a variety of administrative duties in our Fort Myers location.

- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- General office and facility management
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming customer calls
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and comply with company policies
- Run errands for office as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in CRM is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Compensation: $15-$18/ Hour
