This position requires "Builder Trend" Software experience. Document management Experience. Construction Industry experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in Builder Trend Software, Microsoft applications, etc is required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
