Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Duties
- Office Administration:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Manage phone lists.
- Assisting clients
- Process mail (SUSPS< Fed EX, UPS)
- Ensure office equipment is serviced and maintained accordingly.
- Oder all supplies (office and jobsite)
- Save the project daily logs and photos.
- Save and distribute monthly safety reports.
- Assist with project close-out documents.
- Assist with binding presentations.
- Scheduling of conference rooms
- RFQ’s
- IT support:
- Troubleshooting basic computer problems, installing software updates, managing user accounts, resetting passwords, providing technical assistance to staff.
- Monitoring network connectivity, managing network access, troubleshooting network issues (depending on expertise level).
- Maintaining and updating office hardware like printers, scanners, computers, ensuring proper functionality
- Social Media Support
- Update website/Facebook/LinkedIn
- Other Duties as Assigned
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent file management skills to maintain organized records.
- Proficient in customer support practices to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Experience as an office clerk or in similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Competency in computerized systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.

Pay: $19.40 - $22.00 per hour
