AB Staffing Solutions, a leader in healthcare staffing since 2002, seeks several motivated individuals to learn Healthcare Recruitment to fill our client’s urgent healthcare jobs. You will work at our offices in Gilbert, AZ. On an average day, you will be responsible for making 80 calls to potential candidates.
You’ll earn a highly competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions. On average, our recruiters earn $90,000 a year after their first year. You will also enjoy:

You must have at least one (1) year of solid agency recruiting, healthcare or sales experience as well as the ability to work weekends, as needed, to join our winning team.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the recruitment of Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice professionals, and other clinical roles. You will also be expected to:
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls and referrals.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates and stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
