Position Overview:
As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, and providing direct oversight to ensure the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. You’ll work closely with families, support staff, and other professionals to ensure our clients achieve their fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of behavior analysts and technicians
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Manage case loads and ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and success in treatment
- Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance within the clinic
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience with a variety of behavioral interventions and assessments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
