This project support includes requirements gathering, requirements documentation, systems testing, project plan creation, task assignments, project leadership, project schedule maintenance, and project status communication. This role includes the creation and maintenance of a portfolio of existing and potential projects for DSC. Creates plans using a WBS, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path. The project manager will work with other DSC IM team members to define and estimate tasks, collect task completion status, maintain the schedule, and communicate project status to the project team and management.
- Leads projects using agile methodologies including the facilitation of sprint meetings. Creates and maintains system roadmaps, project plans, and product and release backlogs that will be the
basis for the project work. This role will collect high-level requirements from the Product Owner and communicate them to the Agile team. The role will work together with the team to develop and estimate user stories and establish acceptance criteria which will specify expected
functionality for a user story, as well as any non-functional requirements that must be met in the
development of the story.
