4 years of working experience with Audio Visual, WiFi, fiber optic components, copper cabling, and interconnect products, technologies, and standards.
4 years of experience in Project Management.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our ICT design consultants and internal customers to standardize our structured cabling and server room designs to accelerate delivery and lower costs across our portfolio of building launches.
This role requires an experienced professional with a background in structured cabling and experience in generating designs as well as providing effective oversight.
The Design Engineer / PM is expected to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive best practices and establish tools and standards consistent with large corporate deployments.
As a member of our global team, they will engage with key stakeholders and vendors across various disciplines to ensure the ICT infrastructure is compliant with industry standards and ready for the commencement of building occupation.

Identify and implement design opportunities to lower the cost to serve.
Review Request for Pricing and renegotiate bids.

Implement design best practices and standards to deliver construction-ready designs.
Coordinate supply chain forecasts.
Flexibility to work with stakeholders in different time zones across AMER.
Review Design Consultant weekly progress reports and host update meetings.
Identify risks on the critical path and provide resolutions.
Support Vendor Manager with QBR by providing operational metrics.
Main POC for all internal customers for escalations, questions, or recommendations on all aspects of the structured cabling and containment pathways.
Attend progress / room ready meetings online and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team.
Develop, track, and report project metrics as necessary.
