Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks that support landscaping projects, including lawn care, tree care, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results in all landscaping efforts.
Duties
- Perform digging and excavation tasks for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for landscape maintenance.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide general groundskeeping services to ensure clean and attractive outdoor spaces.
- Care for trees by performing pruning, mulching, and other necessary maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices and landscape design principles is a plus.
