The position is based in our Lake County or Chicago, IL location in the Business Technology Services (BTS) division. You'll lead the IT Change Management Office, responsible for IT OCM methodology, tools, and self-service processes for IT leaders to plan, scope, and integrate OCM into their efforts.
- Lead the development and implementation of IT OCM strategies, methodologies, and tools
- Advise and coach IT project leads and leaders on OCM best practices, approaches, and resources
- Direct the IT OCM Center of Excellence and OCM Community of Practice, driving continuous improvement with advanced OCM practitioners
