Job Description:
This wonderful family is looking for a nurturing and experienced nanny to provide loving care for their social and happy 1-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will engage her in interactive play, support her developmental milestones, and integrate into the family as a long-term caregiver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total and complete childcare, ensuring a safe and engaging environment
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and motor development
- Learn and incorporate weekly physical therapy exercises to support the child's motor development
- Assist with baby-related household tasks, including meal prep, tidying up play areas, and organizing child-related items
- Maintain open communication with parents and align with their parenting approach
- Support the child’s daily routine, including outdoor play and stroller walks to nearby parks
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional experience with infants and toddlers
- Strong understanding of child development and milestones
- Experience with light household management or family assistant tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of following through with family routines
- Ability to learn and assist with physical therapy exercises as guided by professionals
- Must have: A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
