- Oversee IT infrastructure, including Gmail Admin, Azure Admin, VoIP, and Salesforce (highly desirable) .
- Manage budgets, vendors, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
- Own IT projects from start to finish—selection, implementation, and company-wide adoption.
- Manage and mentor one helpdesk team member while staying hands-on with technical solutions.
- Ensure ABC stays ahead of the curve with emerging technologies that give us a competitive edge.
