Key Responsibilities:
Team Oversight:
- Supervise boiler installers and service technicians.
- Address disciplinary issues as needed.
Coordination & Planning:
- Schedule and organize boiler installation jobs.
- Conduct site visits to plan and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
- Manage logistics to ensure timely job completion.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to field technicians.
- Ensure after-hours emergencies are covered daily.
Client Interaction:
- Handle escalated client issues.
- Step in to complete urgent heating calls.
Quality Assurance:
- Review technician notes and material lists.
- Inspect workmanship to ensure company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry.
- High proficiency in current DOB plumbing code.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a high degree of ethics.
