Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members
- Assist in training development and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support human resource functions including employee record management and compliance tasks.
- Implement office management best practices to enhance productivity.
