Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Support team management by providing administrative assistance to department heads as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and external partners.
- Experience in training development is a plus, demonstrating an ability to foster employee growth.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting practices is highly desirable.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
