What Youll Do
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding ABEL Constructions footprint by :
Prospecting for New Business : Identify and research potential clients within your assigned market, uncovering new opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development : Highlight our products, services, and values to prospective customers through compelling sales strategies.
Building Relationships : Establish strong, long-lasting connections with clients, guiding them from the initial sale through to project completion and beyond.
Lead Management : Qualify leads and opportunities, track progress, and provide weekly and monthly reports using our CRM software.
Delivering Presentations : Create and deliver professional presentations that clearly communicate the value ABEL brings to its clients.
Advocating for Clients : Be a client advocate, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating Across Teams : Work closely with the VP of Business Development to develop and execute sales plans, while leveraging resources across the company to achieve results.
What Were Looking For
Sales & Business Development Experience : Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills : You should excel at building relationships, networking, and presenting to diverse audiences.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and social media for prospecting and lead generation is a plus.
Self-Motivated & Independent : You are a proactive, creative thinker who can drive sales from initial contact through to deal closure.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals.
Willingness to Travel : Occasional travel to conferences and industry events to represent ABEL and increase brand awareness.
