Middle River, MD based company looking for a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and potentially become a permanent member of our growing organization. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire position.
About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our call center's work. You will be responsible for reviewing casework, conducting audits, entering data, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating call center casework.
- Performing detailed audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Accurately entering and maintaining data within relevant systems.
· Generating, updating, and analyzing departmental report
Requirements:
- Required: Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Highly Desired: Experience working in a call center environment.
- Preferred: Experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Essential Skills:
- Exceptional time management skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, particularly within the 24-48 hour timeframe for assigned work.
- Unwavering attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential for Saturday work.
Pay: $17.00/hour
This role is time-sensitive; the ability to complete assigned tasks within 24-48 hours is crucial. Candidate submissions will be managed through Beeline.
