Abilene High School is seeking applications for the postiion of head golf coach. This position starts in late February and continues through the conclusion of the season in May.

teaching the fundamental physical skills of the sport.
helping players make consistent improvement in their personal game.
teaching the etiquette of the sport.
organizing and overseeing practices.
communicating expectations and pertinent informatioin with players, parents, and course officials.
taking players to scheduled meets and overseeing their performance.
abiding by school, district, and KSHSAA guidelines and policies.
overseeing an assistant coach if one is on staff.
showing passion and love for a life long activity.
enouraging players and notifying players of opportunities outside fo the season.
