We are seeking a Residence Manager to join our Westchester based team responsible for delivering exceptional services and supports to individuals with disabilities within our mixed medical/behavioral IRA program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review service plans to ensure individuals receive desired outcomes.
- Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Managers and Life Skills Instructors.
- Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting.
Requirements:
- BA/S degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of NY OPWDD regulations is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
