- Provide overall direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Managers and Life Skills Instructors.
- Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting.
- Maintain knowledge of NY OPWDD regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience and education in human services.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
