Ability Building Community is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our amazing team!
The mission of Ability Building Community (ABC) is to provide services for individuals with disabilities through community inclusion. ABC has provided work supports, recreation/leisure activities, and independent living services to people with disabilities in the Rochester, Caledonia, and La Crescent, MN areas since 1956.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative and compliance duties as it relates to onboarding new staff, processing staff terminations, bi-weekly orientation planning & communications, entering and tracking compliance for all required and recommended trainings for the organization, tracking of all injury and incident reports and providing data to agency staff as requested, in addition to other administrative duties as assigned to support the organization. This position works in tandem with the Administrative Assistant to provide front desk coverage for the agency.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills are a must, as well as knowledge of computers, email and software applications (such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader products).
Required in-office hours: 8:00 – 4:30, Monday – Friday. Some flexibility on start and end times.
Schedule & Compensation:
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with primarily regular daytime hours Monday through Friday.
Starting wage is $20.10 per hour plus benefits.
